Many people from the music world came on stage to share Balabhaskar’s memories. The vehicle in which Balabhaskar and his family were traveling met with an accident on September 25, 2018 at around 4.30 am near Pallippuram junction. Balabhaskar’s daughter Tejaswini Bala died on the spot. Balabhaskar, his wife Lakshmi and driver Arjun were rushed to hospital with serious injuries. But Balu could not be brought back. Balu said goodbye to the world on October 2.
