Kalyani Priyadarshan is the daughter of famous Malayalam filmmaker Priyadarshan and old time film actress Lissy. Though her father and mother are living in the world of Malayalam cinema, Kalyani made her Telugu debut in Telugu. After that, she made her way to Tamil and then to Malayalam. Kalyani had earlier said that she did not want to come into the film through the identity of his father and mother and that is why he made his debut in Telugu. Dulquer Salmaan‘s upcoming film ‘Varane Avashyamund’ is a positive response. Kalyani’s next film is ‘Hridhayam’ of Vineeth Sreenivasan‘s directorial starred by Pranav Mohanlal. Now, Mother’s Day yesterday, Kalyani shared an interesting post about her mother, which has now gone viral on social media. That was the time I was studying in the US. “My mother was in Chennai then. On Mother’s Day, I decided to give my mom a surprise. Surprisingly, the mother decided to deliver her favorite orange flowers to her mother. A friend of mine in Chennai called for help. As I said, she sent a flower to her mother. I turned off the phone and went to class because it was time to study. A lot of her calls came back. When I saw it, I was shocked.
When she called back, she found out that her mother had come in with a flower and had fired back. I called my mother and inquired about it. It was then that the bombing in Chennai was a frightening time. When my mother inquired as to who gave it to her, she told me the name of my friend. Because she was unfamiliar with her mother, she thought it was a bomb. So the mother ‘quarreled’ and told him to leave. Mothers Day has not been forgotten since the incident.
