The Indian government has banned 59 Chinese mobile apps. This includes TikTok, UC Browser, Share It, and other Chinese apps. These apps are sending data out of India on a large scale. People associated with this case had already given this information to Hindustan Times. The list that security agencies sent to the government included apps such as video conferencing app Zoom, TicketLock, UC Browser, Xander, Share It, and Clean Master.
By the way, many celebs have expressed happiness over the banning of Ticketcock. He praised this decision of the government.
Banning Apps is to China, what Taali/Diyas were to Coronavirus.
