Navratri is a festival of music, dance, education, and worship. The festival, which lasts for nine nights and ten days, worships the nine incarnations of primordial power. During these nine days, the puja is performed imagining Parvati for the first three days, Lakshmi for the next three days, and Saraswati for the last three days. Navratri and Vidyarambam are celebrated in many temples in Kerala these days. But this year is not as extensive a celebration as it was in previous years because of the Covid standards. Pooja on Durgashtami day as well as education on Vijayadashami day will be very simple.
