Chennai, June 14 Tamil Nadu Police has recouped around 100 containers of alcohol from the vehicle of entertainer Ramya Krishnan, who had featured in motion pictures like Bahubali, Padaiappa and others.
As indicated by the police, the entertainer was going in the vehicle at the time on the East Coast Road (ECR) where they were doing vehicle keeps an eye on Thursday. The police found around 100 alcohol bottles in the vehicle boot and when questioned Ramya Krishnan said she was unconscious about the jugs.
Later the police seized the containers and captured the driver Selvakumar who said the alcohol was purchased at the Tamil Nadu government run alcohol shop. The administration has not permitted the opening of the Tasmac shops in Chennai. Another driver came and drove the on-screen character back to Chennai.
