Covid and the ensuing lockdown did little to upset the children. The school has not been open for two months. Learning and playing are confined to the four walls of the house. Its sadness and anxiety are shared by many children and what we have seen and known. Now Prithviraj’s wife Supriya Menon has shared a notebook note of her daughter’s decoration.
Alankrita‘s notebooks are decorated with baby words that start with Kovid, Kovid as a lockdown, Kovid rules, Kovid changes and returns to the old life.
“I just looked at Allie’s notebooks and saw her Kovid note. I realized how much she cares about our conversation about Kovid and her compatibility with her. Learning. None of that is possible right now, but here’s talking about Alli Kovid’s beginnings, liberation from it, and the new normalcy. “- Supriya shared a decorated notebook page on Instagram.

I was just going thru ally’s books and I saw this covid note. I realise how much she’s listening to our chats about covid and absorbing. This time has been the hardest for small children who are stuck indoors since March. A lot of their learning is thru play and social interaction at school and their play area. And none of that is possible now. Here, ally is talking about the rise of covid and then recovery and the new normal! #ObservationsOfA5YearOld#HopingWeWillBeOutOfThisPandemicSoon🤞🏻
