Well known superstar cum actor Unni Mukundan launched a powerful short film called ‘Maya’ staring Mareena Micheal Kurisingal of ‘Happy Wedding’ fame as well as ‘Chunks’ and ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ fame. Largely the short-film takes place in a government hospital, with reporters waiting outside within a short 22-minute time span.
Mareena plays Maya who is one of the patients, seems friendly with the others, but there is more among the events in the situation than what meets the eye. Directed by Grash, the mini-movie is called to as a ‘Grash Illusion’. Unni Mukundan in his launch post wished the “entire team of ‘Maya’, just the best of everything. Hoping to see more meaningful work from you guys.”
