Thala Ajith’s Vivegam that hit screens a week ago is by all accounts breaking film industry records. On Wednesday, seven days after the film’s discharge, Vivegam, allegedly netted Rs 50 crore in Tamil Nadu. The film has purportedly made Rs 65 crore over the most recent seven days. Strikingly, Vivegam is the primary Tamil film to enter the 100-crore club post the usage of Goods and Service Tax by the Central Government. The film started its film industry travel with more than 800 screens over the state.
Footfalls in theaters have diminished to a degree due to weekdays, at the same time, it’s relied upon to go up again amid the ends of the week. What’s more, it would appear that the Tamil group of onlookers has acknowledged the film, regardless of its blended surveys. The movie is coordinated by Siva with whom Ajith had before collaborated for Vivegam and Veeram. The star cast incorporates Ajith, Kajal Aggarwal, Akshara Haasan and Vivek Oberoi. Music for the film is by Anirudh. The film had just outperformed the opening accumulations of the Rajinikanth-starrer Kabali and the showstopper Baahubali 2. The film is relied upon to rake up around Rs 80 crore in the state.
