A man killed a married woman for rejected his marriage proposal in outer Delhi’s Nangloi. The denounced and victim casualty worked in the shoe manufacturing company and are a local of Pansalwa in Madhubani region of Bihar. The blamed purportedly went gaga for her and needed to wed a 45-year-old Madhuri.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Seju Kuruvilla, stated that the woman was taken to a nearby hospital where she was declared brought dead. The woman’s daughter in her statement told the police that she was killed in front of her by the accused.

A case was registered based on her statement and an investigation was taken up, he said. The police received a tip-off that the accused would come at Shiv Bux Park in Nangloi and the accused was arrested from the spot and the knife used in the crime was recovered, Kuruvilla added.
