The DRRR is conducting October 18-21, 2018 for the operational efficiency of the Disaster Recovery (DR) Center, which was developed to facilitate the development of the Information Technology and Services Services of KSEB.
On these days, the KSE’s online services will be interrupted.
As part of this, customers will not have access to electricity bills through the public service centers such as Frontend, Akshaya, CSC and from October 18 to 21.
In the same days, KSB’s Customer Care Center in 1912 does not work.
On the same day, the relevant offices can be contacted at 0471 – 2514668/2514669/2514710 in respect of electricity complaints.
Other software applications that support KSFE execution will not be available on the above mentioned days.
