The shocking event: Kovid patient missing for eight days and body of patient lying in toilet of Government Hospital

The body of an 82-year-old Kovid patient who went missing eight days ago has been found in the toilet of a government hospital. The shocking incident is in Maharashtra, one of the largest states in the country with a sharp rise in the spread of COVID-19. The incident took place in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
The 82-year-old resident of Bhusawal was undergoing treatment at Jal Gav Civil Hospital following the Kovid attack. Police Inspector Akbar Patel said the hospital authorities and elderly relatives of the patient had informed the police that they had gone missing on June 2. According to the police, the patient’s registry was checked after receiving information. And investigated in Bhusawal. CCTV footage was also examined. A complaint was registered on June 6, police said. The hospital authorities have confirmed that they were treated at the old ward until June 2, police said.
The body was found after an intolerable odor was recovered from one of the hospital’s toilets, police said.
On May 27, the results of the COVID test of the old lady were positive. They were rushed to a nearby hospital. From here they were shifted to a government hospital in Jalgaon. This is the second time in a week that the body of a missing Kovid patient has been recovered.
