The Me Too controversy of Kollywood has been raging ever since singer Chinmayi accused poet Vairamuthu of misbehaving with her. It has been more than ten days since she posted her first tweet regarding this issue and ever since a few other female celebrities as well as anonymous women have accused male celebrities from film industry of sexually harassing them.
While the industry is divided on supporting Vairamuthu or Chinmayi, now the senior actress and politician Khushbu has given a clean chit to the veteran lyricist. In a televised interview, Khushbu said: “Vairamuthu is the most dignified male she has ever met in her life.” This is definitely a moral support coming from a veteran actress from within the industry when he has been denying the allegations made against him.
