Having sat tight over a year for the open door Tamannaah Bhatia said she is extremely energized.

Performing artist Tamannaah Bhatia is excited to be a piece of the yet-untitled Tamil revamp of Vikas Bahl’s widely praised Bollywood film  “Queen”. The project will be helmed by veteran actress Revathi.

“Ever since I saw ‘Queen’, I wanted to be part of its remake, even though I wasn’t sure if it will be remade. What makes ‘Queen’ special is that it’s one of those rare women-centric films which succeeded in reaching out to everybody, across all sections of the audience,” Tamannaah told IANS about the Kangana Ranaut-starrer.

Having waited over a year for the opportunity, she said she is very excited.

I felt freed when I saw ‘Queen’, and I can hardly wait to begin chipping away at the change. The way that Revathi ma’am is guiding it makes it much more exceptional in light of the fact that she was the motivation for my character in ‘Devi’,” she said.

The film will include exchanges by performing artist movie producer Suhasini Mani Ratnam.

“I believe it will be an awesome mix. In excess of a redo, this will be dealt with as an adjustment as a great deal of things must be changed to suit Tamil sensibilities,” included Tamannaah.
